She has worked in a variety of settings including: work hardening, on-site ergonomics and safety training, post-hire and return to work testing, orthopedic and neurological disorders intervention (both inpatient and outpatient), women’s health issues, pediatric early intervention, and home health rehabilitation for the geriatric population.

She has had extensive training in sensory integration and is presently utilizing the Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Integration (MNRI) Method. (www.masgutovamethod.com). Vonda’s central belief is that you cannot be effective in treatment unless you look at all aspects that impact the patient, including their environment. To maximize success, she spends a great deal of time working not only with the patient, but also with parents and caregivers. Since movement and learning cannot be separated, Vonda strives to make therapy feel like play.
Outside of work, Vonda is very active with her husband and 2 children, as well as with her church. She is an avid reader but really loves the “The Princess Bride” and all of the Avenger movies!
